At Moore and Waksler, our skilled, experienced attorneys excel in eight practice areas, working throughout Florida from our office in Charlotte County

Our clients tell us we are professional, effective and personable, and provide value for services rendered. Exceeding our clients' expectations is part of our culture and reflects how much we enjoy what we do.

Since the firm's founding in 1997, we have served as trusted advisors to our individual and corporate clients in a variety of fields. Our skills complement one another, allowing us to provide legal services from start to finish within our multidisciplinary areas of practice. Using team approach, our attorneys, legal assistants and support staff work together in your best interests. The result is a seamless legal experience in even the most complex cases.

Client Relationships Built on Listening

From the first meeting, we listen to you so that we can understand your needs; what you want to accomplish; your financial considerations; and how we can best keep you informed throughout the legal process. Developing a legal strategy and providing counsel follows this important first step. Our experience has shown that fostering open, ongoing communication underlies a strong attorney-client relationship, which enables us to do the best job possible for each client.

Technology Leadership

At Moore and Waksler, we remain at the forefront of technology-not for the technology's sake, but because it provides our clients distinct advantages. Technologies employed on your behalf range from progressive, behind-the-scenes computer networking to something as simple and client-friendly as receiving real estate closing documents on a CD.

Dedication to Family and Community

Serving as trusted legal advisors is only part of what defines Moore and Waksler. Devotion to family and community involvement are also important to us. As long-standing members of the community, we are involved in youth activities, actively serve on boards of directors, and offer our services to nonprofit organizations that need legal assistance. For us, making a difference in the community has meant helping to found a parent-run, nonprofit college-preparatory school, being strong advocates for the elderly and those afflicted with Alzheimer's disease, and championing other causes.
